Green Submariner LV vs Green crystal Milgauss

Hi Guys Im new to the Forum and I would appreciate all opinion on these Watches.

I recently bought a 16610LV Green bezel Submariner because I hadnt seen one in a long time up for sale. Do you guys think that this watch is a Good Investment Piece for the future? I see that rolex hardly makes limited edition watch. I bought the version that has the rolex rolex rolex inside compared to the normal version, I like this one because for that moment rolex was introducing this form of watch and not a lot of 16610lv where stamp inside. I imagine that there are more 16610lv made without the rolex rolex stamps inside that my version

The other watch that I bought is a Green Crystal Milgauss is this watch really a anniversary Edition? Im my opinion I think this watch will be discontinue soon like it happen with the green submariner 16610lv after 7 years in production. And if this watch gets discontinue, will it increase its value in the future?
In my opinion this watch is beautiful the green crystal in the sun make a awesome effect reflecting light it has a great weight and size. Also You dont see many people wearing this watch because Is a little hard to find new in AD. To tell you the true this is a quality that i like from the milgauss not many people have it and gives the watch a edge from the standard Submariner That most watch enthusiasm have.

Thanks For taking some time to read my blog guys, and your opinion will be appreciated God bless
JM

I would need a crystal ball to know the investment value of those watches.

They are both nice and I see better value in wearing them on your wrist.

Wear your watches and enjoy them they are not investments.

You have many misconceptions in your post, stick around read and learn, your mass produced modern watches have thousands of identical pieces in existence.

This post is spot on. You seem to have done a little research specifically geared to whether your Rolex will make you money. Perhaps, just maybe because of Rolex's constant price increases you may make a few hundred bucks. And all the while your watches sat lifeless and cold in a dark box somewhere without you ever enjoying them.
Way better methods to invest money than on a Rolex watch.
Welcome to TRF, hope you enjoy your watches.

Joey - 1 post since Dec 2012??

Pick up the pace buddy! :)

Wealth is in the heart and mind, no in the pocket.

Enjoy the watches because you like them, not because they'll be your ticket to early retirement.

Regarding the price increases, that's most likely the way you'll see the watch retain or perhaps increase in value.

The 2 you mentioned are not investment pieces. Just enjoy them and im sure you can get a little more than what you paid down the road.
