Rolex & TRF
Hello and a Happy New Year to all the Forum members.
Just like many other forum members I spent time lurking on the forum in order to delve deeper into this fascinating brand, as well as before making any purchasing decisions and so forth. TRF aside from being a very entertaining forum (thanks to colorful members such as JJ) is also hugely informative. Reading another thread I see how everyone (including me) appreciates the knowledge of valuable members like Bo. I will use this one to thank Bo and all others for the knowledge I have gained thanks to them. As far as I am concerned, if I was on the staff list of the manufacturer I would make sure that such brand ambassadors were given due appreciation. My question is, does Rolex take notice of what is written about the brand? TRF is a fountain of suggestions and opinions; it's members are from all walks of life, and some are of considerable wealth and influence. I am quite sure that a significant number of watches have been sold thanks to this forum. Is any forum member actually in contact with the manufacturer relating to product or customer care issues, or at least are they aware if Rolex monitor what is written about the brand? |
