Help me decide whether to buy this Rolex on Ebay

Hi all-

I am looking to purchase my first rolex after several weeks of research and reading posts on this forum. I have decided on a ladies yellow gold president with the new heavy bracelet and a MOP dial and diamond markers but no diamonds on the bezel. I would like to buy used to save some money. I bought a used Cartier years ago from a certified pre-owned seller and got it authenticated and have been happy with it so I am comfortable buying used but don't have much experience with Rolexes.

What do you think of the watch in this listing? I originally wanted to avoid Ebay but I was having a hard time finding exactly what I wanted for a great price. Either the price was great and it didn't have everything I wanted or had more than what I wanted (e.g. the diamond bezel).

Do you think it is reasonably priced? The bracelet looks like it need polishing and it probably needs servicing but I'm thinking that is ok for the price? Anything else I should be concerned about? He offered me his phone number to discuss the watch and the 14 day return gives me some peace of mind that I can get it authenticated and return if necessary.

I really appreciate all your help!

Thanks for the responses! I got cold feet on this transaction but I am keeping on the lookout for something similar.
