Updated Bracelet & Clasp, Which Model?

Aside from the GMT-IIc, which other models share the same oyster bracelet with the quick-link adjustment? Thanks.

[edit] Just as pictured, great documentation Ohlins!

Daytonas.

DJ's, AK's and OP's (new style) with Oyster bracelets.

YM II would have it, too, I believe, but not sure.

So does that mean all mentioned models have exactly the same oyster bracelet as the GMT-IIc? Reason I asked is because, for example, I thought the TOG (same as DJ) has a different clasp. Please confirm. Thanks.

No, all watches listed above do NOT have the "same" clasp. The GMT IIc and SS Daytona clasps are different in as much as the GMT IIc clasp is longer and has a more complicated construction:

GMT IIc clasp:

But they are comparable in as much as both styles have the "Easy Link" inside the clasp and share the overall more solid construction (e.g.: thicker steel of the clasp "blades").

The ToG and DJ clasps also have the "Easy Link", yet aren't as complicated made as the GMT IIc clasp.

Thanks Bo. So in other words, GMT-IIc and Daytona are the only models with beefier clasp than the rest (in terms of updated clasps are concerned)? And there are basically two types of updated clasps, one found in GMT-IIc and Daytona, and the other is found on DJ, AK, TOG? How about the bracelets, are they all the same or entirely different?

No, the GMT IIc and Daytona clasps are different. The GMT IIc clasp is more complicated than the Daytona clasp. The GMT IIc clasp is also longer than the SS Daytona clasp. But BOTH clasps share the features: Easy Link plus more solid construction (thicker steel).

The DJ and ToG clasps resemble the GMT IIc clasp style, but don't have the Fliplock fold-over buckle. But the DJ + Tog clasps both also have the Easy Link.

Damn, this IS tough to explain!

Maybe someone here could just post some pics showing the difference?? JOCKE?!

YM II has the exact same clasp as the GMTc the only thing I dont remember is if it was short or long.

Bo, thanks for the explaination. I understand...for the most part. As a confirmation, all the updated bracelet are solid center links right? How about the end links?
