Real or fake? That is the question ...
Hello there. I found this watch the other day, didn`t cost much cuz I just found it in a bag of other watches, but I`m curious about it being real or not. By first glance, you`d think it is a fake one, but the more I study it, the more it ... Well, the diamonds (20 diamonds original, but some is missing) looks real, no scratches or rainbow colors, and it have been used a lot, the owner even have tried to mend it by replacing the inner workings with a Hong Kong one. So I don`t have the inner workings, but the casing seems real - what do you think?
On the back side, it says "ROLEX of Geneva", "SWISS QUARTZ" and "0503061" and the numbers 17 and I think, 67 (not sure about 6 being a 6, could be a 8 perhaps). On the front, it says ROLEX GENEVE and QUARTZ. Thank you for your time, Frank. Norway. Pictures below.

Some bozo just decided to design the ugliest watch possible then bought some fake trinkets for the dial and bezel. We need to save this photo. |
