Submariner 16610 P series

Hey guys, First post here! Just wanted to see if everything looks good here. Got it used from a reputable dealer in Orange County who's been around for the last 35 years. It's a P serial watch with a 16610 model number. Everything else looks good. Only thing that had me worried was the T<25 for a 2000-2001 watch, and the lume paint looks a bit blotchy (2nd pic on 6 and 9 markers). Thanks for the help.

At the very least, this watch has a horrible looking aftermarket dial and bezel insert.

P-serial would have SEL bracelet. SEL's started during A serial which is the one prior to P.
