The four and five in the wrong places.

So whats the story behind this model my friend? Massive Tag Heuer fan here.

@Mickyfin,
the watch was bought new in the store. Nobody in Tag Heuer notice that 4 and 5 are on wrong places. This watch was in the shop - window but again nobody notice this. I bought it and I did't notice that.
Than one day my son 15 years notice that. Very funny and unique.

I have a Monza as well - bought it new back in 2003'ish IIRC.. It's not the Cal36 (el primero) version though. No, Tag doesn't make them anymore. You can pick up nice examples of the Cal17 (7750) for around $1500-$1800 on eBay, and the Cal36 will set you back somewhere between $2500-$3000.
If Tag has FB page, you should post the pic there; just unreal that got through QC.

Great party trick!

I have to admit I didn't notice myself at first, despite the question you posed.

Still looks great all the same and you can certainly claim rarity on it.
