how do you edit a FS header to sold

Or how do you make another thread to tag with the initial for sale posting and mark it sold.

If you are the seller and the thread is too old to edit, then just post a reply that the item is sold. I think the folks who edit their threads after a sale do so because it sold quickly. Only the seller can reply to a for sale thread.

is posting a reply to the thread the only way. i have seen others being able to put a SOLD: mark and make a new thread and show old and new thread right on top of each other.

Set a higher price and it will not sell, problem solved.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

You put sold in the original post which brings it to the top and then you make a new "sold" thread which will end up right on top of the other one.
