Explorer ll 216570 Anti Reflective Coating
On some of the pictures of the 42mm Explorer ll on here you can see the "blue" of the anti reflective coating on the date Cyclops, but on other pictures on here there is no "blue effect".
Is the coating underneath the Cyclops, on top of the Cyclops, or on some models does it even exist ? |

If its there its under the crystal, the cyclops is just glued on the top crystal surface.

All modern rolexes have a Double ar coating above and below the crystal..

Some of the pictures show like a blue haze on the Cyclops which is why I was wondering if the Cyclops had the coating. I did think the AR coating was on the crystal as I have seen pictures of I think it was a GMT with the Cyclops removed and you could see the AR coating on the crystal.
So am I right in thinking the Cyclops is just a regular mineral Cyclops without a coating ? |

It's on the spec sheet I posted please read, ar Is above and below the crystal not on the cyclops per Rolex sa this factual not my opinion. The blue hue is also only visible on watches that have double ar on single ar the blue hue is not present..
