Good places for watch shopping, Audemars Piguet & Richard Mille preferred
Hello guys,
I'll be flying to Los Angeles tomorrow, I'll spend some time there alongside Las Vegas, San Francisco and New York City. I'd be very happy if you guys let me know about the good watch shops (not the brand boutiques) for watch hunting. Trusted used watch shops are also appreciated. Thank you very much, Salih |

In Vegas you can check them both out. The AP dealer (who has location at Palazzo and Caesars) is also RM. Also, here's a shot of the RM store in Crystals Shops in LV, but wasn't opened yet a few weeks ago.

I was just at Westime the other day, they had less AP than Traditional Jewelers in Newport Beach (about 40 miles south). Honestly I wasn't impressed.

Traditional Jewlers in Fashion Island is a great place to go watch browsing. They usually have a good selection of AP, Patek, ALS, Rolex, Panerai, etc. The staff is really nice, not pushy, have good overall product knowlege and they have always let me try on any watch I wanted.
That 40mi drive down from LA could be several hours depending on traffic Here's a few pics of their stock a few times ago when I was shopping for a SS or FC 44mm. |

For NYC, Cellini @ waldorf has lots of APs, Langes, RM's, etc. Heard mixed views on level of service at the Madison store, but I have always had good experiences with the Waldorf location.

If I were you, I would just hang out around the 55th street and Madison ave area. Cellini is there to browse around and it's only a few blocks away from the AP boutique which is also cool to browse around and check out APs. |
