Question on how to get the band to fit.
My wife had 3 links removed from her lady's DJ. It's a jubilee bracelet. Initially, she had two links removed, but it was still too big, sliding up and down her wrist. The problem is that with 3 links removed, it's a bit too tight. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

the jubilee bracelet is though since it doesn't have the small holes to move from like the oyster does, all you have to play with is the links so that is your only way, its ok if its slightly loose.

It was surprisingly a lot loose. the watch literally moved around a few inches. It wore like a bracelet with only 2 links out..

Not sure. Where can I purchase an oyster bracelet. I really like the look of the jubilee on the DJ and got my wife to agree. Of course, now I'm wondering if it was a mistake.
So, it sounds like the only adjustments with a jubilee is made with whole links? I didn't see any other way when looking at the bracelet. |

You might have to take the watch into an RSC or just ask your AD for a band replacement.

What a drag. A nice watch that doesn't fit. I wonder why they don't have the micro-adjusters.

One link off and it's too tight.....slap that link back on and it's too loose. Sometimes you have a wrist which just isn't the win-win type!!

Another solution
You could take out three links and take a diuretic (water pill). Should fit nicely.

There is actually a solution. According to an extended Rolex price list I have, you can buy quarter links for the new style Jubilee bracelet. Have your AD order one or two for you. I cannot remember what the price for the 1/4 links is offhand since I haven't brought the list to work, but I can look it up later.

Thanks!
I am quite sure I read "1/4 link" in that price list of mine. But I have never seen a Jubilee quarter link. I wonder how they look like?
