Icon2 PANERAI 292 : Unexpected Love !!

Got this one in a trade and I thought it would be flipped right away ... strapped in on the OEM Black and it didnt quite sing for me so it sat for a few days in the box waiting for the deal to be completed. Well..

The matte ceramic case and the sharp yet clean sandwich dial slowed caught my attention .. This Thing Needed the Right Strap !!!
and boy .. changing straps on the RAD is one Royal Pain in The ....

This piece of Turkish Leather did the trick for me .. strapped it yesterday and it hasnt left my wrist since. A rather discreet piece which comes alive time and again ..

Surely the best bang for the buck ceramic case in the sub-10K category.

Cheers
N

Love it! The 292 is one I have been eye balling for a while, with that strap you made the decision quite easy. Keep that watch!

Congrats - I like the 292 as much as everyone applauds PVD & fears ceramic, PVD's a very tricky finish while ceramic should last indefinitely*.

*Here's a tip to all... don't go freaking dropping your $$$$ watches

Great photographs too
