Blue Sub or SS/Plat YM

I'm not sure if it's all the photos that JJ have been posting, but I'm gravitating towards the SS/Plat YM now.

Which one do you find more attractive?

Blusey is a great looking watch. But the Platty, geez I sound like JJ, goes with anything plus you have the solid platinum bezel and dial
Sing alleluia, JJ!

Both are stunning beauties, but I for my part would prefer the YM SS/PL since it is more subdued in style. It goes with every clothes and in every situation whereas I would not wear a TT Blue Sub on all occasions.

The Blue Sub is a timeless (no pun intended) beauty. The platinum YM is also beautiful but I feel that beauty is due to JJ's constant posting and educating us all about it. If you were educated more and more on the your idea of the ugliest Rolex, you eventually will find beauty in that model.

If you were only going to have one watch, I would choose a TT w/black dial as it goes with everything.

Between the two, Bluessy hands down. Not to slight the YM as if I didn't have other silver faced dialed watches I would consider it but if you go to the AD and try one on, I think you'll find it kind of boring next to the Bluessy.

One of my best friends wanted a YM for years but when he went to try it on, was, "Eehh, just a nice watch" and ended up with an Explorer II.

Look their both very nice. Go to an AD and see which one you really like. We can give you all the opinions in the world and it's what suits YOUR eye that matters!

Let us know and good luck!

I did try both today and even though I love the blue dial, I'm iffy on the gold. SS looks much better on my wrist and I love the polish center links...it gives it a classy look.

One of the sales guy had on a GMT-C and I like that as well, but there's a waiting list and no discounts.

I'm going to stop by one of the ADs tomorrow with the wife and get her opinions on it.

Both are very attaractive in their own rights!! Go with which ever one pleases you most.

I love Bluesy, but Platty has grown tremendously on me since the 2 months I've had it. You can't go wrong with either one!!

Good call. The misses will apreciate you asking her for imput. I also agree that the new version with the polished center links adds a lot to the watch.

The TT Blue - without question in my mind. But, to each his/her own. The good news is Rolex makes so many to choose from. :)
