One step closer
Hi,
I'm very much a noob here and to be honest new to the world of rolex too, though have bought & sold many watches over the years. I have also started trying my hand at being a hobby watch smith (with the help of a friend who's a master). I have just managed to source an Y series sub that's all beat up but I'm pretty sure I can manage to bring it back to life. I've purchased a couple of bits an pieces including a new bracelet and clasp, and a couple of bezel inserts... One of eBay and one from mkmk on here! (1 flat 4 & 1 pointy 4) I'm away for work for a while but when I return, all my parts should have arrived and will be ready for me to begin my project! So in the meantime, I'll be reading threads and learning as much as I can. Cheers! |

Glad you have some guidance! That way you know you'll be successful. Report back with your finished product but make sure you take before shots as well.
Good luck!!!
