I recently dealt with Tony for the first time to get a used Rolex GMT IIc from him based on an add on another watch forum site. We came to an agreement and he promptly shipped the watch overnight. It arrived the next day and at first it looked great. Being a little anal I was closely inspecting it and noticed there was a scratch on the crystal. I email Tony and he promptly replied to either refund me some funds to replace the crystal or he had another used GMT that he could exchange. I spoke with him and we chatted a while about watches and cars. 😄
He then promptly sent me a label to send the watch back overnight, which I did. Then he shipped my watch replacement overnight (Saturday delivery) and when I opened it I was surprised to see a basically New GMT IIc. WOW WOW WOW I was shocked. I promptly email him to thank him and he then told me based on our chat he knew I would be happier with the new watch so decided to run back to his shop and swap the other one he had boxed up with a new one. I have been buying watches for my collection for a long time and this was the absolute BEST service I have ever encountered. I now know who I can go to for all my future watch purchases.
I am not one to post a lot on forums. I am more of a consumer than a contributor but for service like this I want to give a call out so he can get the recognition he deserves. Tony thanks again!!
