Rolex is Junk...

Hah, got you to look though I have had my SS/Plat YM for a week now and still get giddy every time I look at it. It is cold as Hillary Clinton here and I find myself rolling up my sleeves just so I can see my watch. Why did I wait so long to get one?? Oh yeah, I didn't have the money, but wow, am I glad I did. Go ahead, life is short, live large and get you that Yacht-Master you've been coveting; you wont regret it!

Congrats! Give us a warm pic (how's that for synesthesia ?!) of your YM! It's cold here in Denmark, too!

I'm heading to Dallas, TX so hopefully it is warm there. When I get there I'll take a pic of the watch...kinda' like "Flat Stanley." I realize that may be a totally US joke. "Flat Stanley" is an elementary school project where the kids in a class get this paper doll for a week to take pictures of different "adventures" that "flat stanley" takes. I don't care who "Flat Stanley" is, he's not wearing my YM!!!!

That's hilarious. Welcome to the Rolex club.

I followed your suggestion the other day and looked at some great knives. I bought a Lone Wolf Paul Perfecto recently and a Chris Reeve Sebenza. This adds to all of my Boker, Spyderco, and Military issue knife collection.

Damn! I love sharp knives.

Be careful that Flat Stanley does not steal your new Rolex.

You're posting definitely caught me eye! Congrats on the newSS/Plat YM! It's definitely a beautiful timepiece! I'm still saving up for mine. It caught my eye a few years ago when I was first introduced to Rolex, now just about 2 more years to go. Enjoy your beauty! Wear it to its fullest! =-)
