Quick question?
Hey guys, I've already posted a few weeks back about paperwork issues and that's all still pending. I figured I should give some background info and I also have a question. Way back when I was about 10 years old I used to page through readers digest, national geographic etc... And see full page ads about the coveted Rolex submariner date and ever since then I've wanted one. So fast forward 15+ years I finally bought one! Quick story, I was ordering cable for my new apartment in Waikiki m subc date was sitting on the desk and the whole time I was just staring at the dial while light danced off the dial while second hand made its way around. At that moment I realized that I made a lifetime purchase, no regrets. I digress, I scratched my crystal and it happens to be in a circular motion which leads me to believe I did while using my shit to "polish" smudges away. Can either Rolex AD on Oahu fix this in store while. Wait?

It's some kind of synthetic material that is somewhat abrasive, sounds strange I know as I've had a luminox since 1997 and no scratches to this day. Only other thing I can think of is there was a grain of sand on my shirt and I bore down too hard and it scratched.

Not sure if toothpaste and a good grade lens cloth can help.

Diamond paste. There are threads here on scratches on a crystal.

It's worth a try, but depending how deep the scratch is, you may need to replace the crystal. Bummer.

Well gents, I didn't get a chance to go by the AD today. Hopefully tomorrow. I was too caught up at the ford dealership looking at the 2014 ford Shelby mustang. Luckily I didn't drive less it'd be in the garage but that car is unbelievable statistic wise. 662 hp and. 630 ft lbs give or take and all that for a base price of 54k. Hopefully in a couple years if I play my cards right it will happen. The 116600 will of course be present the whole time
