Adding links to a SS Daytona bracelet
Tried searching both on google and this forum with no luck. Hoping someone can help me out.
I am a long time panerai owner and am now planning to add a stainless white dial daytona to my collection. I tried one on at a large AD in NYC and I loved how it wore, but I will definitely need to add a link or two as my wrists are large. The dealer had a couple pre-owned pieces, but the prices were not great. They said they could add links while I waited at no charge, which is a bonus. My question is, if I buy a pre-owned piece from a reputable dealer on-line (or from this forum) will it be easy for me to get a link or two added? Is this something I could walk into a dealer in NYC and have them do (for a cost of course)? I look forward to joining to joining the Rolex ranks. Thanks in advance. |

Sure - and you could also do the work yourself with a 1.6mm screwdriver.

Links are easy to add and are common. No big deal.
