I know some members may not even know that the newer bracelets on the GMTIIc, the Daytona, Milgauss, and maybe others I am not aware of...have the easy link extension.

I find myself toggling between engaged and disengaged all the time. Curious if others use the easy link as much as I do??? Or am I just OCD about it.

I did for a while, but now leave it buckled most of the time. The GMT IIc needs to be worn more snuggly (not tight, mind you) for me, so it doesn't flop, and I've gotten used to it that way. Anticipating that my wrist will swell more when the weather warms, I prefer to leave it closed so I can easily let it out when I need to. It is a nice feature to have, and I wish more watches had it.

I have been struggling lately, to find the perfect sizing for both my GMTIIc and Milgauss. They seem a tiny tiny bit too loose, or a little too tight. The easy link extension allows me the freedom to change settings on the fly.

It could just be the time of year....it goes from very cold to fairly moderate during the day...so my wrist probably chances sizes a little more than most.

LOVE it. The engaged position has made the watch fit perfectly. And should my wrists swell at all when it gets warmer, I'll be able to simply disengage. Love it.

Wear mine engaged, but when traveling to Southern California earlier this week to the NAWCC regional event, I had to open the half-link for the warmer weather...

If you have a chance to go to an NAWCC regional, its worth it. More vintage Rolex for sale in cases and vintage Rolex worn on wrists in one place that I have ever seen....

I have set the ezy link on my GMT TT C and Daytona SS to be best fit in the open position. The link can be marked on the side of the first link on the GMT and across the first link on the Daytona if you have the easy link in the closed position.
The Daytona, in particular, must have the easy link in the open position for most normal wear or you will mark the first link pretty badly. If Rolex had put on two half links they could have avoided this.

Took out one link and watch was too loose. Took out second link and watch was too tight. Since I could not adjust the Daytona's fit via the bracelet; went with one link removed and easy link out. Fits perfect.

I had the same problem as you with my Milgauss. Was either a bit too snug with easy link open or a bit to loose with it closed and extra link. I ended up moving the pin under the buckle one slot and now its perfect with the easy link closed so when i need to i flip it open.
