WTB: 116610LN Complete Bezel Assembly

I need a Bezel Assembly for a 116610LN.

I recently picked a 116610LN up from a local dealer. The watch has a custom Diamond Bezel Installed, and did not include the original Bezel Assembly. I purchased the watch with the intentions of converting it back to original condition.

I need the entire assembly, but will take what ever you have: Insert, Bezel, Springs, Bearings, Click Mechanism.
