93150 Bracelet on eBay

Aside from the "stretch" I have some concerns with this bracelet. To me the end links look good, but the round top "3" on the bracelet and the stamping on the clasp looks off. I've messages the seller and he claims the clasp is stamped "S DE10" above the STEELINOX Any opinions?

The only comment I have is that it is not from the 70s which he kind of claims. The clasp should have a continuous row of holes on the really old 93150 bracelets.

This is of course confirmed by the DE code which is 2001 and also the somewhat modern end links, they were 580 in the 70s. The S means that it is a service replacement.

Was it ever confirmed if it was ok with round 3s on the clasp?

93150 Bracelet on eBay

The coast is S de the means a service clasp so that is ok. A rounded 3 on the clasp is very debatable on the 93150. The rounded 3 on the band can be ok depending on the year of the band. Your problem is was the clasp replaced at service or the whole band ?

Thanks for the info. I think it's safe to say that the clasp and end links are likely gen. parts. A matching set? It certainly did not come from the factory this way, but maybe a product of worn out parts replaced over the years.

My concern is still with the bracelet itself - I see a lot of wear and stretch and anytime I see a round top "3" on eBay it bothers me.

that's the way you should be on eBay, suspicious of abnormalities. Rounded 3 on a 93150 is debatable and if they do exist specific years only are acceptable. Ask for a picture of a screw head.
