what do you call numbers like these on watches so i can search for some

If that is the style of watch you are looking for Franck Muller may be your choice, very funky watches best bought second hand I am told. Come to think of it I picked my Piaget because I like the look of hand written arabic numbers as well.

If you mean what the numbers are called, they are "Arabic".

Similar Franck Muller watches are often described as having "stylized arabic numerals." That same style appears on watches from the Art Deco period, as well.

Something like this - which is described as "late Art Nouveau/early Art Deco:"




Here's another; a modern day Tissot:



Here's a 1937 Longines tank that sold on Ebay. It also was described as having Art Deco numerals:

I have read that this is referred to as "stylized French in Arabic".
