Wondering what you guys' thoughts on Rolex redoing the Daytona finally this year? Iv been wanting an SS model for years but holding off right now in case they do a full redesign @ Baselworld.

There will be no big redesign I would expect. If you want one buy it, I think the white face SS look great.

It's going to be a few years before the SS model gets the ceramic bezel. When it does, expect the price to be quite high.
Waiting for the "next model" can keep you waiting for a long, long time.. What will you do if they make a newer model to replace the new model the year after that..

Only Rolex can answer that question. Either buy the SS model now or save.

Before SS changing there will likely be the new case for YG and ceramics on gold bracelet watches. Only after that Rolex will modify SS and TT.
All of this, IMHO. Sent from my SGS using Tapatalk. |

Buy the SS now and if they do release a new one you have to have then sell yours. SS Daytona's hold their value very well. Enjoy today, what if there were no tomorrow

Ironically, the year any model production will stop(due to redesign or other reason) puts that model in a vintage category and demands a higher price.
