She doesn't have a recipe. However it's one can of biscuits on the bottom layer, 1/2-1 lb of sausage, and then 8 eggs on top with a package of shredded cheddar. In the oven for 20 min at 350 degrees. Enjoy. Pretty sure it's from Pinterest.

Looks delish!! I remember eating a similar dish as a kid except for it was ground pork for meat and included some onions and a tad paprika.

It looks like a variation of Eggs Lorraine. Basically a 'dump it in the pan in layers, set the temp and forget it' dish.

Great pre-made the day before holiday dish. Hundreds of variations to taste.
