Welcome to TRF!
Well, during the times, Rolex has made complicated timepieces. For instance, the Ref. 6062 which - besides the time - displayed the day, date and moon phases. But to my knowledge, Rolex never added a further complication to that configuration, namely the chronograph complication. So I'd say this is not the real thing.

Got to agree with Steve pictures are poor, but perhaps its trying to mimic a 1960s Ref 6236/8 Rolex Triple Calendar Oyster Chronograph. But that would have four main hands plus the three sub dial hands and no moonphase.Take the strap off should be a model number between the lugs at 12 oclock,or sometime inside the case back.

If I am correct Rolex made around 80 of these. But there are well over 1000 fakes out there. Unless this watch has RSC paperwork, it's automatically a fake in my book.

Well the only number I know that relates to 3359 is a Rolex Viceroy Circa 1945.
