The appraiser will have doubled the realistic value, at least, in my experience.
Cheers

I see it now, it says "replacement value" which is mumbo jumbo.

That appraisal is worth the price of the paper it's printed on.

artashes, member crowncollection will soon chime in. He has extensive knowledge on Day Dates and he will give you the "best" opinion on this watch.

Agree 100%. Appraisals are triple the real value.

This watch is so altered it's hardly a Rolex any more sorry but that's my opinion.you have a Rolex movement left. The case is even altered those lugs are aftermarket 1k job from a jeweller, band and dial all fake, notice the date window is not even showing the date fully and is misaligned, common with these 1k dials. Bezel is aftermarket only 1k also. 15000-20000 max. If you like that sort of watch, Rolex wound demand everything but the movement be replaced. so you have 1k bezel. 1k dial, 1k lugs added on a 18238 head worth 7k approx and an aftermarket band worth around 10k. I can build this watch for 18-20k anytime if thats what i wanted.

Thank you very much for the information provided. You helped us very much. I understand you correctly. That is, the hours you can sell a maximum of 20 000? Can someone be able to help me find an appraiser who gave conclusion? Thank you very much!

I thought we already established that toilet paper and this appraisal have equal value?

Why are you so desperate to spend $50000 US Dollars?

That piece of paper looks fake. Handwriting an appraisal? For that amount? No pictures attached?

Tell me, how should look like a real appraisal. It is necessary to convincingly explain to the seller. Since he insists on. I have no desire to buy it. Since I realized that very inflated amount. Thank you!

real or no??????

The only real appraisal is from Rolex maybe a Ad or these third party crap is worthless. The only fully paved Rolex band is nothing like the ones you show. Only the centre is paved it this style or fully paved like this.

No problem Rolex only pave the centre the style you like, watchout they make fakes this style also. .

This is all original paved honeycomb dial and original diamond lugs. Original paved band
