Strela Cosmos 38CYB - zeroing second hands - is this method possible (3133 MakTime)?

Hello,

Any owners care to comment, or anyone who has had knowledge on the matter -

I understand the 3133 MakTime movement is non-hacking, however can one ‘zero’ the seconds hand reliably by putting gentle 'back' pressure on the crown - so you can zero the watch to a time signal? (This method works for the Omega Cal. 1861 found in the Speedmaster ‘Moon Watch’.)

Much appreciated,

Rob.

Hello,

For anyone interested Strela Watch advised that zeroing the hands, as per the Speedmaster method, does not work with the MakTime 3133 movement; they advised their MakTime 31569 can be hacked, however they do not currently have any CO38CYBs in stock with the 31569.

Regards,

Rob.
