I already know the bracelet is aftermarket, what i'm asking is does everything else look ok?, something about the bezel pip seems off to me but i'm no expert at spotting fakes.

Seems like a frankenwatch to me. The movement seems legit, but not the bezel. The dial and hands look a bit odd. I'd stay away from that one.

Well he asked me to make an offer, I know the bracelet is aftermarket so I wouldn't even want it included. I was thinking of offering $3000 assuming the rest is authentic and going from there, I had some suspicions about the bezel because of the pearl, it looks off.

Man stay away, will be nothing but a headache.
Find an older TT here from a trusted seller without accessories for around 4.5 k

Thanks for the advice, I've decided to leave it alone. It's been tough to find one without accessories at that price range, one currently up for about $5000 but coming from Thailand
