My First flip???

Not sure if this is the right spot for this post but what the heck.

This just popped up in my area. Im super new at this but I was thinking I might be able to make a buck on it.

With the crappy pics does it look real?

Thoughts?

I just emailed the guy. He sent me a copy of the receipt from our local AD where he just had it serviced and said he would meet me at the AD for an inspection if I wanted.

I would be buying this to flip. Understanding that there is some risk involved. Any ideas what I could ask for it? I was thinking closer to 5K?

My First flip???

Search this site and watch recon to find comps. Then think about how you're going to sell it, and the risks involved in selling (including possibly not being able to in near term).

Why would you pay asking?

I'd double check serial in database if possible.

'Just returned from a complete service at Rolex Of America'
You might want to ask if he means Rolex USA
