Is this normal?

A little frustrated . Was told 4 weeks for 3 year warranty and polish . Asked for update and was informed mid to end of April. That would be over 3 months. A little disappointed with turnaround time...

My 3 year and service was about 4 weeks. Perhaps the polish delays things. I vaguely recall reading that refinishing was done elsewhere, not Clearwater.

I guess if they didn't put around 4 weeks for estimate I would feel better about it.

I would talk to them about possibly speeding things up. I've had 3rd year warranty done before and it was reasonable...not sure how much time the polish adds.

3 months turnaround is pretty normal. But IMHO, if they promised you 4 weeks for the 3rd year warranty + polish, I hope they could at least do better than 3 months. Maybe you could just drop them another call to speed things up.

My SS diver only took 4 weeks for 3rd year sticker. It could be the polishing delaying things

Mine just got back from a full service "rebanking issue" and 3rd year sticker and it took 4 weeks total. Was super happy with clearwaters customer service!

Who are you dealing with down there? I dealt with Lindsay, she was extremely helpful.

So how long it took for the service mate? Glad she's back spanking new!

I sent mine back 2/19 because my 1yr 8mo old AP Diver stopped winding. I received it back 3/21.

-Warranty service fixed movement, and 3rd year sticker received.
-$60 bezel polish
