IMO the new Cellini

Hits the mark as Rolex's classiest dress watch in a long time. I love the dial either with the dual time or calendar. The everose gold put together with the shiny black or brown alligator strap is just beautiful & to top it off they made it in 39mm which is what the 41mm DJ should have been. It's a truly beautiful watch. I think it's the winner this year. The Pepsi GMT would have been the winner but making it in WG will leave a lot of people without one because of the high price.

I do like the new Cellini, it's a gorgeous piece...its funny we don't see too many of the new DD's on the leather band from last year's Basel...I thought they would have sold a bunch but I haven't even seen one for sale yet on here I dont believe?

I mentioned on another thread, I don't much like dress watches.

I do think this tho, is fantastic.

I would not get it, but I can certainly appreciate it's beauty.

I never liked Dress watches too. Too thin and too flat for me but maybe someday, as I grow old, I would start to admire and wear dress watches and wingtips.

I think 12,500 to 16,000 euros I seen. So USD that's roughly 17-22k.

Totally reawakens the Cellini line IMHO and gives them watches to go after a big segment they have lost out to for years!

This was one of my two favorites this year along with the WG Pepsi. I like the Cellini line but the Dual Time is one I'd actually purchase. Beautiful watch!

I completely agree. If I worked in a job where I wore a suit and tie like I used to daily then the new date would be my next watch. Absolutely beautiful in Rose gold with the black strap.

I was pleased to see the new GMT and how nice the result was (even though I won't be able to afford one, I must say I like the fact that it comes in white gold), however, the new Cellini's are definitely my favorites this year. The dual time is simply gorgeous whilst the date is very, very classy.
