LAST ONE! - MBA Student in need of help - Part 3

Ok Folks! I'd like to start by saying that I really am grateful for everyone who has participated in my surveys. This has been a rough semester as every project has been about coming up with a hypothetical product to compare to real products and brands. The following survey goes along with my earlier survey about happiness.

Before I start - I know you guys have asked to see results. If anyone is truly interested - Once complete, I can email you a copy of my project to view all results.

Let's Begin....

This project is as follows - I've created a hypothetical Brew Pub called "Brews N' Burgers." This establishment will only be located in the North Eastern part of the United States.

The following is some supplemental information (also found in the survey)

Each Restaurant will have 40 - 50 4 person tables as well as a nicely sized standing bar area
We have a very rustic and warm ambiance.
Our beer brewing equipment will be a very prominent part of the decor as we want to highlight the fact that all of our beer is brewed in house.

The only beer that will be served in our locations is our own!
There will be at least 2 different types of seasonal beers per season and specialty beers brewed randomly through out the year
We will have a "Stein" Club that allows frequent patrons to leave their own glass at our locations - costs a small fee but offers discounts on both food and beers through out the month as well as give first notice for when our limited specialty beers are brewing.
We'll have, at any given time, between 10 - 15 non-seasonal / limited beer recipes being brewed on a daily basis to ensure a decent selection and styles ranging from Wheat to Stout.
Beer Prices - Non- Seasonal / Limited Pints costs between $4-6
Seasonal and Limited Pints costs between $6-8
Some of our Limited beers may include the use of all regionally found ingredients. For example - we will have a beer being brewed using only ingredients found in New York - and without surprise - it will be called the "New Yorker"

Other ingredients will be sourced from farms located in the United States, Germany and Belgium. We will also have a Master Brewer on staff to make sure all location's beers are consistently up to our standard.

We will also have a growler station where patrons have the ability to purchase and bring our beer home with them.

As for the food.
Burgers will be our specialty -
We will have executive chefs staffed at each location to ensure all of our food is cooked to perfection
Our burger option begins with the basic hamburger and continues with the opportunity to select different ingredients to add to truly create a unique experience.
We will never cook frozen burgers - we receive our meat from strictly USA livestock farms - and the ingredients for our comes from an international vendor.
We will have solid complements / options for non burger eaters but our focal point will be on finely cooked burgers.
Prices start at $6 and can go all the way up to $20 depending on size as well as amount of toppings.

We will be open late night - especially Thursday - Saturday

Typical hours are

Sunday - 3pm -10pm
Monday - Wednesday - 12pm - 12pm
Thursday - Saturday - 12pm - 3am

Hours may vary depending on Championship Games and/or Regional Rivalry Games

At the moment, our menu contains only standard entries. We do not have mutli-entree options such as "Pick-two" like TGIF has.

Since this all of our food is cooked to order and doesn't come out of a freezer - there may be a slightly longer than average wait time to receive your order.

Obviously you will have difficulty answering any survey questions about taste.
Please use your experience with other craft beers and how they compare in flavor to mass produced beers (such as Coors, Miller etc.) to answer questions for my Hypothetical Business

Also - Use your experience in taste of Frozen Food Store burgers v. Homemade fresh burgers.

If there are any questions - either ask them here or PM me.. I will be monitoring this thread frequently and will try to answer any/all questions ASAP.

The link to the survey is -

I will be posting an AD shortly.

THANK YOU ALL!

Took it for ya and props for actually collecting the data. I occasionally made stuff up during my MBA . That said, I haven't been to a chilis is 10 years so I've no idea what they offer, thank god.

The restaurant business is all about execution. Everyone knows what would be good, very few can pull it off.

Did it. My only suggestion please don't instruct servers to ask if I've been there before ... Who cares really and don't ask them to help me read the menu.

Done. Great idea for a start-up. Nothing better than a blue-cheese burger with a Belgium or a Stout! And all sourced local-nice to bring in the "buy American" appeal.

Isn't this the same value proposition as the Gordon Biersch chain?

Thanks all...

So far I have 11 responses... I'm looking to get at least 20 if not more. Please continue to give me a hand. Thankfully this is the last survey I will need to complete this semester so once this is done i'll stop bothering everyone.

You can take it several times.
