Favorite watch from each brand collection?
Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone here has a collection of their favorite one watch from each major brand. I think it would be a cool collection as most I have seen here have been a lot of one brand or another. I think I might try this, though it could take me years and years. Mine would be something like this:
Rolex: submariner two liner (already have) Pp: aquanaut 5167 (already have) Ap: royal oak 15300 black face (my next addition, I hope) Jlc: ultra thin moon phase 39 Vc: overseas chrono (not sure about this one yet, don't know if I like bracelet) Omega: speedy I know I'm missing some brands like ALS and others but I think this is where I would start. Would love to hear what others would do with this and see pics if anyone has this type of collection. Cheers! |

I think that is a great idea as there are many brand with great watches and I'd much rather get something iconic from several brands than get 5 of just one brand.

I don't like Panerai design at all, too big and bulky IMHO; for the other three, I won't say that I don't like any of their offerings, it's more something like "there's nothing in their lineup that I would buy".

The bracelet and concentric dial do it for me! I love the look and feel like no other Rolex. I never thought I would feel this way about DDII but it is awesome!
