I'm not an expert by any means, but rather than a cryptic word or two like 'dodgy' or 'watchout!' it would be helpful to the OP if those who recognize a problem watch could be more specific.
To my eye, the date in the window looks off. Other than that, I would not know.

Need a crisp, clear shot of dial without hands obstructing any text. As you may know, there are subtle variations of this dial, so keep that in mind. Here's one for comparison (Mk IV feet first open six):
