I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this or whether Open Discussion would be more ideal, but here goes. This is a real random post.

Everyone who posts fakes here so we can report them, and the ones who tirelessly report those fakes that just won't go away... You guys are real unsung heroes. You are all busy and have your own lives, but for no benefit to yourself, you take time to scour the internet for fakes. You help bust scams. You save thousands of $$$ of people you don't know and will never meet. Rolex doesn't pay you for this service either. But yet you report, report, report, and uncover scams and try to prevent good people from being cheated or scammed. Not to mention helping fellow members wanting to know if their watch is the real deal.

And you do it with humour. I really laugh at some of the responses to descriptions sometimes. Especially all those "my father died and lost the box and papers..." types of descriptions..

When all is said and done, the world is a better place for the good work you do here.

I have had a lot of help on here when looking for watches and you guys especially crowncollection (David?) have saved my arse!

Plus when I signed up here I knew very little about Rolex's but after hanging around for a while I am getting better and can usually spot some fakes.

I post when I can but I am on here most days checking the threads out.

So thanks everyone for saving me money and helping me gain my knowledge on the Rolex brand. Legends!
