Thank you

Would this work:

http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=261478570059

Or should I get:

http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=141300360352

If I'm just wanting to replace the crown?
Or if in doing so, I should get more than just the crown to be safe (the stem or should I also get the tube)?

I would examine the existing crown tube with a loupe (after removing the crown and stem).

If the threads are good, then just buy the new crown. If worn, then get a replacement tube as well. You probably don't need another stem; them are pretty tough and don't wear out that often.

The good news is that there are lots of trip-lock parts for sale.

Here is Jocke's tutorial if you need some pics!
