What model is this?

Saw this on a correspondent on 60 minutes....SS daytona, but with yellow subdials?? ? Patrizzi?

Looks like Daytona with the patrizzi dial...

The sub dials patina into brownish color...

Or it could just be a reflection...

The camera light might be effecting it as wall.

Could be, but the Patrizzi dials tend to get quite dark and there is a marked difference between the sub-dials and hour markers:
(not my photo)

In the screen cap, it looks like the markers and sub-dials are the same color. I suspect the yellow appearance is due to the reflection and this is a standard black 116520.
