Looks like the Tudor Heritage Rangers are out there...

...this was posted on YouTube a week ago:

And I've even seen one sell used already via a sales wall elsewhere.

Anybody on TRF pick one of these up yet?

Pretty curious about these, especially at the price point, and all but certain that I'll end up with one secondhand. I had a 1016 and loved it, but ended up selling it due to the 36mm size. I wish the Heritage Ranger was a bit smaller, like 39mm versus its 41mm, but other than that, this seems like it'll fill the vintage explorer/ranger hole in my collection.

I saw one in an AD window last month - looked nice on a leather strap.
Unfortunately I did not have time to investigate further

Yeah, I was just looking up the Tudor dealers near me. I've got a couple near by. Thinking it's worth a drive over this weekend.

I was looking at the straight EL's earlier and wondering if someone will produce an aftermarket solid EL for the watch, but the way the EL is integrated into the bracelet, I'm not too sure it's possible...at least the way I'm picturing it.

I always liked my 1016 best on a distressed leather strap from hodinkee. Something along those lines would look best on this watch IMHO. I'm just not crazy about the leather opions from Tudor, so I'd definitely be looking for one accompanied by the bracelet.

Sharp. I like the discrete date.
