Which gold watch are you?
If you had the choice to buy only 1 full gold watch, and it has to be full gold (YG, RG or WG)..which one would that be? And remember you can't own more than 1 full gold watch.. your second watch can be a SS or TT but not a gold one.

116718 or the new 116719 BLRO with an honorable mention to the WG Sub.
This still leaves me wiggle room to acquire a Playtona or Pt DD.

I would be proud to have any of them, no such thing as a bad gold Rolex, love my day date, If i had to have one, tough, would either be my vintage YG champagne DD or YG Daytona, but would be happy with any of them in YG or maybe RG, personally not a massive fan of WG other than smurf.

That's tough, since I haven't worn any of them, I'd have to try them on to see which one works but it would be between the following.
1) 36mm RG DD with black MOP diamond dial 2) RG Daytona 3) 116718 with the green dial |

I think I have to go with a yellow gold Day Date II, followed by the white gold sub.

If I had to give up my YG DD, it would only be for a YG Skydweller. But I'm not planning on it any time soon.

Yellow gold. It's classic and carries longevity.

Honestly if you are going to have only ONE gold watch it should be YELLOW GOLD
Down the road white gold or even platinum but yellow for the either first or one and only IMHO |
