1941 Tutima
I've been interested in acquiring a 1941 Tutima Flieger for some time now and I wanted to ask for opinions on the Valjoux 7760 movement. Any input would be appreciated.

Well, looks like I'll have to do some research on this myself. Appears I best get my butt back to steerage where it belongs.

I Love the 1941 Tutima! Have you tried it on? I tried them all on next to IWC and actually preferred the Tutimas which I've discussed here before. The beads-of-rice bracelet was the most comfortable I've ever tried on period. The 7760 Valjoux (now discontinued) is a venerable workhouse with good parts availability and will outlast you still.
Buy with confidence. Scroll to the bottom of this post: http://www.rolexforums.com/showpost....52&postcount=1 And watch this video at 3:02 regarding the bracelet on a similar watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3ybHN8l84E |

Appreciate your reply very much. No, I haven't tried on one yet, but I love the styling very much. I'll keep checking around till I find one. There's a couple listed on ebay, but they're in 18K. I'll check the seller's forum occasionally as well.
