Pam Owner Wrist Size question (44mm)

Ok. I can't figure out how to do a poll, so please just respond and I'll summarize at the end.

Here is my problem. I have a 6.5" wrist. I went to the AD and tried on a 51 (40mm) and a 171 (44mm). LOVED the 51, the 171 seemed waaaaay to big and looked funny.

I keep hearing about Pam owners starting out with 40mm and quickly flipping it for a 44mm version. But, I wonder how many out there have a 6.5" wrist???

So, for all you 44mm PAM owners out there, what is your wrist size?????

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I have Pams in 40, 42, 44, 45 & 47 with a wrist size of about 6.75-7".
All of them wear just fine.
You will get used to the size in no time

This is a 47mm

My wrist is 7.25 inches and I wear a 44....just.

However, I understand that the 47mm models i.e. the fiddy is a very flat watch and so it can be worn more easily on smaller wrists.

I think you should go to an AD and try the different sizes on.

Yeah, I have tried them on and I thought that the 44mm looked (not felt) too big for my smaller wrist. I just don't want it to look goofy on me. They look GREAT on people with larger wrists for sure. I'm thinking of the Marina line, which don't sit as flat as the Radiomir do. I bet I could wear a 44mm Radiomir better than a 44mm Marina.

Looking at the picture above, the 47mm Radiomir Pam looks great on a 7" wrist, but here is a picture from veilstylez that shows a 44mm Marina on a 6.5" wrist. We are in the same situation.

I have very small wrists, and I tried both a 40mm and a 44mm Marina and the 40 just looked smallish! I liked the 44mm better and now I have it on Layaway (a PAM 88) The wife was with me and she really liked the size and all! That wrist Shot looks fine to me! Aside from how they look, and I preffer how the 44mm looks, I have been seeing that 40 mm do not sell as fast on as the 44mm , so from a flipping stand point it would be easier to sell the 44 if you did not feel comfortable with it than selling the 40 because you finally though it to be small!!!
I don't know I am fairly new to the brand but I think the PAM is supposed to look big!!! 44 mm big!!!!
IMHO!!!

I have a 6" wrist and I flipped my 48 to get a 111. I did not find a 111 just yet but I tried a 164 on that my friend had...Wow what a difference, it doesnt look out of place, and its actually more comfortable!!! (with the rubber strap)
When I put my Daytona back on it felt like a ladies size lol

Get a 44mm. The shape of the watch is really interesting. It is not like you have a circle that is 44mm in diameter :) I have seen it on large and small wrists and 44mm looks just right. Even on women!
