Weird fraudulent listing on eBay?

This can't be legit - there are two watches shown in the pictures. I reported this to eBay but nothing happened. Also, I googled the pictures, they are from different places, including WUS... I pm'd him and told him to take it down, we will see what happens... |

I can't figure out why it is still there.
I asked the seller for a picture of the watch with today's newspaper and he became very aggressive. |

bidding over 23k now.
 If I win I am going to contact the Decatur, Georgia Police and tell them I just won a watch on eBay but that I have been told (after the fact) that the listing is fraudulent and how would they advise me to proceed? I will cc: this email to the seller.
