Can you change a 216570 bezel to a sub or GMT-II bezel?
Just curious, i did a search but could not find an answer.
Is it possible to change a 216570 fixed bezel to sub or GMT-II rotating bezel? My initial thought is NO, because 216570 is 42 mm, GMT-II and sub is a 40 mm, but I am no Rolex expert. Thanks. |

Just buy a sub or GMT no need in creating a Frankenwatch or is that your plan

Thanks. Now that confirms it, how about 16570 ? Since 16570 is 40 mm, so would it be possible?

With an Explorer II reference 16550 or 16570 you could get the fixed bezel changed to a GMT bezel I've seen examples. It takes a bit of doing but it is possible
