Rolex paul newman dial
Hey guys!my first post here so please go easy on me :)
Can anyone tell me if this Rolex Paul Newman ROC Panda dial with the red Daytona wordings exist? As I tried searching around the net, I have yet to find one from a reputable source, is it a rare dial? Or completely counterfeit? If real, what would an estimate for such an example be? http://robertmaron.com/product.php?p...=0&page=4&sold I know robert maron has been known to sell questionable rolexes but please do help me out Regards Perry G |

Go to the vintage rolex discussion board here at TRF. There is a "sticky" thread at the top of the list which highlights reputable dealers. One of them will have the watch you're looking for.

Yes of course it exists and that is a 6263 exotic dial Daytona. That example clearly is long sold and sourcing one is next to impossible. The example is an Mk2 dial. As for price they have skyrocketed. I can tell you when I bought mine they were half the price of today! Last prices I have seen are $200K plus range. Again though they are next to impossible to source especially without having an expert hunter working for you like an Andrew Shear or Eric Ku. As a buyer your only hope would be at auction as the top hunters snatch them up quickly and they rarely if ever hit the market.
