Tudor tiger chronograph.

Hi all,

This is my first topic after I've been reading a lot without posting.
I will have a chance to get my hand on Tudor tiger chronograph.
It will be 79280 with burgundy dial.
My question is I saw it has 2 different dials.
One with regular numbers and other with numbers and shadow.
What's the different between these 2.
I have till 6 pm tomorrow to make a decision.
It will come with sharkskin strap.
I'm planing to get a bracelet. It will be hard to find 605 endlink.
Please help.

From experience, if you like the bracelet edition, go for it right off the bat. Hard to find a bracelet on the secondary market and new from RSC will run from 800-1500 (last time I asked). I have not seen the dial with shadows. So I cannot give input with that. I will leave you with a pic of my beloved Chronograph. Sorry it is side ways, not quite sure how to fix it (uploads that way). Hope this helps.

Probably best to check with your local RSC about the bracelet. I purchased a new one from Sydney RSC 3-4 years ago for $470.00. to suit my 79280P.

tudor

I would wait to find a bracelet model. Bracelets for the tudor chrono are really hard to find. As for the dials its a matter of taste. Dials are easily available if you wish to change it. The rest is down to price and condition.

Here's the one without shadow.

The one with shadow.
