Newbie says Hi
HI ALL,
I joined this forum yesterday, been wearing a Tag Heuer Carrera Automatic (blue face) for 17 months and love it, with the history of the Carrera name, the famous race and the fact i drive a 911. However a BURNING BURNING desire to own 'the' most amazing piece of engineering art came a step closer today because i placed a deposit down on a new Sea-Dweller 4000 which will be forever fastened to my wrist very shortly. Just had to tell someone Thanks for listening Mark |

I have a 964 C2 (1993) tiptronic. Great car
That is real good news on the SD, great solid engineering a perfect match for your 996. I have to admit the 993C2S is my favorite as far as aesthetics are concerned

I tossed around getting a SD but ended up with the Sub as my second watch. That is going to be an awesome watch when it arrives. The Tag will go in a drawer. I know because that's where mine landed was on a watch winder. I wear it bicycling now so as to not wreck my finer watches.
You picked a classic . Let's see some pics when it arrives. We'll all be sitting at our screens drooling . Welcome to the forum. Terry Newton
