Seriously good AD experience

As some here have seen me say, my dad decided he wanted a black Milgauss after seeing my white one. Well, not only did my AD get me one in within a day, but after having a seriously crappy day, I walked in just kinda wanting to grab it and get out. When I walked in she said "I have someone I want you to meet". I wasn't neccesarily in the mood, but I put on my happy face and said "Great". Well, I'm glad I did because it was the district manager of the store who said he really appreciated the purchases, and that if there was anything I wanted in the future, he'd get his hands on it for me. Too bad I don't care for the SS Daytona that much!

Anyway, I was about to walk out after paying for the watch and saying my thanks, and then they said "Hey, we want you to have something, and they gave me a basket full of wine, cheese, crackers, and candles to take home Talk about an AD!!! Perked me up with a quickness!

That's one hell of a "buying the buyer". This happened to one of our car purchases - When he delivered the car to our place he gave me a very nice bottle of red and also a bunch of roses to the wifey. There u go.

WOW!! That is impressive!

Just by your words alone, I am sure people will go your AD over any other near your location!

Great customer service goes a LONG way!

Mine was nice also. They gave me an LSU BCS Championship commemorative Waterford crystal football for free when I bought mine in January.

that is really good to hear..

NO AD in the LA area is like that.. I guess they are still doing fine without having to 'butter up' customers.. oh well..

My first Rolex purchase was concluded with the AD asking if my wife and I would care for a glass of champagne to celebrate!

They are a seriously upmarket jewellers who have since relinquished the Rolex dealership as they felt it did not truly reflect the bulk of their customer profile (was normally much higher!) but they knew that it represented a major purchase for me and treated me accordingly.

It was an experience I will never forget and went on to buy a further Rolex from them before they let the dealership go.

Thank you Bodle & Dunthorne, Liverpool for a priceless memory - I really did feel special that day..........

When I bought my TT blue sub from another North West dealer the experience was similar to visiting the dentist, in a word - horrible.
