Universal Geneve Hermes Medico Compax

I'm looking at this watch on ebay and a few things about the dial are throwing me off. For one, the Hermes versions were only sold in France but the language on this dial is spanish. Also, the pulse marks say "para 30" when I've only ever seen "para 15."

Can anyone else confirm I'm not crazy and that this is a real watch with a bogus dial?
