New Member here, just thought I would say Hi.

I purchased my first Rolex from my local AD last weekend.

I went in for a new battery and seal on my Omega Seamaster which I have had for 14 years. I looked at New Planet Oceans and a Rolex Submariner a few months ago but wasn't keen on the black Subc for some reason, don't know why as that was always the watch I really wanted. Anyway last weekend I thought I would take a look at a Black GMTII that they had in the window. I tried it on and I really liked it. I said to the guy that I knew about the Bi Colour Bezel model and he popped out the back and came back with a new BLNR..... Wow, this was something else, but he said that this was put to one side for a customer and I would have to wait 6 weeks for another which I thought was ok.

I put down a deposit and that was that. I returned the next day as I was keen to see it again and make sure this was the right one for me, it was! But I had the good news that I was able to take this watch, as when he had checked the details of the customer they only wanted their watch next March and therefore this particular watch was ok to be released, glad I popped back in now!

Anyway, I love the watch and love the two tone Bezel, I do like Rolex watches and know I have picked the right watch for me.

My AD was superb throughout and although wouldn't discount the watch has given me the first service for free which I was happy with!
