Daily Wearer/Beater Under $2,000 Recommendations?

The title says it all! I'm looking for a daily wearer/beater to complement my Yachtmaster.

I've been looking at Nomos and Tag, but would love some recommendations from you guys!

Ball or Sinn should be a good beater. IMO.

If you like Sinn, you may also like Damasko. They're anti-magnetic, accurate, have hardened cases, and have amazing lume. You can get BNIB for well under $2K. Like the YM, lots of styles come with rotatable bezels (considered by many to be the best around). A great review can be found here...

I have a Tissot Sea Touch. This is a great watch, it's entertaining and useful.

Whenever one says beater I always think; under the car changing oil, mowing the lawn and clipping the hedges. Beater implies to me scratched and dinged. Under said circumstances I prefer not to wear a watch although I know some choose to do so. I saw a guy on YouTube changing his air filters on a viper with his Sub on, good on him.

I have a Marathon Sar as someone already mentioned, it's under $1k and if I were to wear a watch that potentially is in a situation of being banged around in my air conditioner coils I suppose that would be the one....

Another vote for Marathon. It is not only tough, but looks tough too.

When I hit a door knob with my Marathon, I check the door knob to make sure it still works.

Selling this beauty on eBay, let me know if you'd be interested! :)

It was my daily beater for 2 years and loved it until I got my Explorer.
